Food safety and quality starts on the farm and ends up in satisfied consumers therefore the whole production chain from farm to consumer is strictly monitored from our onsite laboratory.
In our laboratory we strive to perfection by conducting every microbiological, chemical or sensory test with accuracy so that our results are always reliable. This helps to establish good relationships with our producers and customers and put trust in our products.
Regular training of our workers is part of our quality control system. Once workers know what to do, the chances for faults are minimized. That is what we want to achieve – No possibility for any hazard to harm the quality of our products on the shelf!
A fleet of refrigerated trucks is being used on a daily basis to supply quality products .
Quality dairy products and fruit juices to our outlets based all and around North West Province and Northern parts of the Free state . Our own workshop keeps the fleet up to standard to ensure that products are delivered on time every time.
